Leading cause of back pain may surprise you.

The leading cause of back pain may surprise you. Bacteria may be behind your back pain, but antibiotics aren’t the best answer An interesting study out of Denmark found that a 90-day program of antibiotics reduced or eliminated back pain in many of the participants. That’s promising news for chronic back pain sufferers… but there’s a problem with antibiotics. They don’t just kill off the bad flora, they also kill off the good. And an increased use of antibiotics has been associated with an increase in cancer rates. So what should you do? How about using something that helps your body fight off the bad bacteria naturally while keeping the good: systemic proteolytic enzymes. These are enzymes your body produces in abundance… until your late 20s when production falls off drastically. Taking a proteolytic enzyme supplement not only boosts your immune system against bad bacteria, it also cleans up excess ...(Read More)

Dining To Stop Making Cancer

DINING TO STOP MAKING CANCER One of the best aspects of our Coaching Program is to prove to you that food choices designed to prevent and control cancer can be delicious! The type of diet that appears to minimize cancer risk is low in “high-quality” animal protein and saturated animal fats, and rich in lower-glycemic-index carbohydrates from NON-GMO whole grains, pasta, beans, fruit and fruit juices. It also features phytonutrient-rich vegetables – particularly cruciferous and allium vegetables, such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, garlic and onions that boost the body’s production of protective enzymes that detoxify carcinogens. Keeping the diet low to moderate in added fats or oils can work with regular exercise to promote leanness and good muscle insulin sensitivity, which aid the prevention and control of many types of cancer with side benefits of healthy fat loss. So that is what we do teach you how to prepare – ...(Read More)

Taking Ownership of your Health and Wellness

Taking ownership of your health and wellness is a completely new paradigm because for decades in conventional medicine most of us growing up felt that if we had cancer or a life threatening disease befell us for some unknown reason, we would just go to the doctor and get it fixed by attacking it. If the cancer or  life threatening disease went away no one ever looked to see if there was a connection between their lifestyle and their disease. So this is really a whole new paradigm change.  We didn’t think about genetic modified foods because it wasn’t around. Genetic modified foods and pounds of sugar being put into our food supply  is a relatively new thing that took place after the industrial revolution. Tips from My 18 year Fitness Journey

Tips from My 18 Year Fitness Journey!! Tips & Lessons from my personal Fitness Journey. I share with you the latest health and fitness information that really works in the real world before anyone else. No amount of exercise will correct hormone imbalances for fat loss: You must control your Leptin hormone in your battle to lose body fat and put one more hormone on your side. Anytime you go on a diet and reduce your calorie intake, leptin levels plummet and fat burning is dramatically reduced. Because leptin’s main function is to protect your body against starvation, and in the midst of decreased food intake (i.e. dieting), your body unfortunately views your stored body fat as a ...(Read More)

Flat Belly Stop Eating This Protein

The gliadin protein in wheat is an opiate and highly addictive. Eat a slice of healthy whole grain wheat bread, and your blood sugar and insulin go sky-high. This in turn stimulates the growth of belly fat and increases inflammation. Gluten is a protein that forms in foods when two other proteins, gliadin and gluten combine. Foods containing gluten and gliadin proteins include wheat, barley and rye, and grains related to these such as spelt and kamut. In the early 1950s, Dr. Willem-Karel Dicke was born in 1905, in Dordrecht, Holland, and died Utrecht in 1962. Dr. Dicke was a Dutch pediatrician who pioneered the gluten-free diet as a cure for celiac disease. This diet remains the only true treatment for this condition, requiring patients to avoid all traces of gluten in foods consummation. Wheat The National Institutes of Health, in its brochure “Celiac Disease,” advises people following a gluten-free ...(Read More)
